Hazy is fully supported software, with a dedicated technical and commercial team available to answer questions and resolve any issues you may have.

Error reporting

If you experience problems using the software, please email a bug report to support@hazy.com, including if possible:

  • your name, company, department and any relevant project details.
  • your objective.
  • the expected behaviour.
  • the actual behaviour.
  • a screenshot of the browser interface.
  • the name and version of your web browser and operating system.
